DGC funding will be allocated to R&D across Technology Readiness Levels, and support for test-bedding & deployment.
We have identified challenge statements for DGC based on their scale and cost impact to Singapore’s decarbonisation goals and Singapore’s unique context. These are elaborated on the Focus areas page.
These challenge statements include both new applications of science as well as solutions that optimise and enable scale-up through engineering R&D. Main funding modalities include Competitive Grant Calls and Decarbonisation Research for Industry, Ventures and Enterprise (DRIVE) for TRL 1-6 technologies, while the Singapore Pilots for Energy & Enterprise Decarbonisation (SPEED) Programme supports TRL 6-8 technologies.
