Ric Parker
Ric Parker is a veteran leader in aerospace and energy research, bringing decades of experience to his current advisory roles in Singapore's technology and energy landscape. He was the Chairman of the Low Carbon Energy Research Technical Committee, and serves as the Chairman of the Singapore Aerospace Programme, and Chairman of the Science and Technology Advisory Panel for the Technology Centre for Offshore and Marine Singapore.
Ric was Director of Research & Technology at Rolls-Royce Group from January 2001 until his retirement in April 2016, after 37 years with the company.

John Chen
John Chen leads AEDO’s R&D team which assesses R&D proposals in the TRL 1-6 range for funding and actively manages funded projects to ensure they deliver technical progress with clear pathways to scale and commercialisation. He also oversees partnership building efforts across industry - from local facility owners and equipment manufacturers to startups and venture capitalists.
John concurrently serves on the Boards of the Centre for Hydrogen and Carbon Innovations (CHCI), Energy Research Institute at NTU (ERI@N), and Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS).
Prior to AEDO, John spent over a decade in policy roles at METI, most recently at the intersection of climate and economic policy.
John has a Chemical Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the Nanyang Technological University.

Eugene Kwok
Eugene Kwok leads the team in AEDO that oversees SPEED, Singapore’s pioneering climate technology fund to accelerate pre-commercial demonstrations, focusing on technologies in the TRL 6-8 range. Eugene concurrently serves as a Governing Board Member of the Centre for Hydrogen and Carbon Innovations (CHCI).
Prior to AEDO, Eugene served as Director, Low Carbon Energies Division at METI, leading policy formulation for low carbon energy pathways for Singapore and had spent over a decade with EDB, across multiple roles in the United States and Singapore, developing infrastructure projects and leading foreign direct investment attraction activities from a range of Fortune 500 companies in the technology, chemicals, oil and gas, semiconductors and consumer sectors.
Eugene was a Sloan Fellow and an alumnus of Stanford's Graduate School of Business, where he received his MS in Management.
